4G/5G Core Network DB Operator (m/f/d) (5G Core)

Location: Madrid, Spain; hybrid remote/on-site work model.

What you will do

• Operate frontend systems in the 5G Core domain, including UDM, AMF, SMF, and NRF, and 4G Core systems including HSS and DRA.
• Monitor 4G/5G Core frontend systems with Kibana and Grafana.
• Resolve incidents and support problem management.
• Check cloud cluster status with kubectl and k9s.
• Adjust configurations through GitOps and participate in change management.
• Perform protocol-level tracing with NetScout and Wireshark.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge and experience in 5G Core, including UDM, AMF, SMF, and NRF.
• Confident use of kubectl, k9s, Kibana, Grafana, GitOps, NetScout, and Wireshark.
• Experience with classic and agile forms of cooperation.
• Basic willingness to take on on-call duty after thorough training.

Nice to have

• Experience with YAML and JSON.
• Basic knowledge of 4G Core, including HSS and DRA.
