Senior AI Solutions Engineer

Location: 100% remote; candidates can be located anywhere. Kraków office available for those who prefer another work system.

Salary: 150–190 PLN/hour

What you will do

• Own AI projects from analysis and solution design through development, production deployment, and handover.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify challenges, gather requirements, define objectives, and establish project scope.
• Develop AI solutions involving machine learning, computer vision, LLMs, AI agents, and intelligent automation.
• Evaluate and select AI models, frameworks, platforms, and existing tools for practical implementation.
• Provide technical guidance, coordinate activities, manage dependencies, and support less-experienced engineers.
• Present recommendations, assess feasibility, costs, risks, and business value, and help product and platform teams create scalable, reusable solutions.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience developing and delivering AI or machine learning solutions.
• Strong understanding of modern AI technologies and software engineering principles, with advanced expertise in at least one AI-related area.
• Very good Python knowledge and practical experience with AI/ML libraries and frameworks.
• Production experience implementing AI solutions beyond research and proof-of-concept stages.
• Experience designing end-to-end AI architectures covering data processing, models, APIs, system integrations, deployment, and monitoring.
• Experience leading technical projects or complex workstreams involving multiple engineers, teams, and business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and technical decision-making skills; ability to clarify requirements and challenge assumptions constructively.
• Solution-oriented focus on business needs, ability to work independently, and ability to manage evolving or initially undefined requirements.
• Relevant technical university degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Very good English and Polish required.
