What you will do

• Maximize business value by ordering and prioritizing product backlog features and user stories.
• Create Epics, Features, User Stories, and Tasks, and manage the backlog with business and IT stakeholders.
• Maintain relationships with Risk, Legal, Compliance, Audit, Finance, Tax, Sales, service consumers, and service providers.
• Resolve impediments and adapt delivery plans to development challenges.
• Ensure functional and non-functional requirements are defined and met, including security, resilience, performance, contractual, legal, and compliance requirements.
• Build a solid foundation with development and operations teams while maintaining control of risk and compliance.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Agile environments in a corporate setting, including guidance of multiple onshore and offshore teams.
• At least 3 years of experience with SEPA Direct Debits and/or SEPA Payments in a banking environment.
• Excellent English.
• Proactive, collaborative, and driven to act and deliver results on time.
• Accurate, structured, disciplined, patient, and resilient when handling setbacks.
• Highly self-organizing and pragmatic, with a continuous improvement mindset and strong attention to detail.
