Advanced Key User (SAP S/4HANA Finance & Controlling)

What you will do

• Translate Finance and Controlling business requirements into SAP functional specifications while following global template standards.
• Support project controlling, revenue recognition, results analysis, financial reporting, and period-end closing processes in SAP.
• Prepare and execute country rollouts, including testing, finance data migration, training, deployment, hypercare, and go-live support.
• Ensure integration between Finance & Controlling and Sales, Procurement, Logistics, and Project Management.
• Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex issues and improve SAP finance processes.
• Coach local key users and finance communities during implementation and stabilization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience with SAP Finance & Controlling processes in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
• Hands-on knowledge of SAP FI and CO, including configuration-level understanding.
• Experience in at least two end-to-end SAP implementation or rollout projects.
• Experience with functional specifications, testing, data migration, deployment, and hypercare support.
• Understanding of integration points with SAP SD, MM, and PS.
• Ability to explain complex SAP concepts to business users and translate business requirements into system solutions.
• Fluent English communication skills and experience in international, multicultural environments.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of project accounting, project controlling, revenue recognition, percentage of completion (PoC), and results analysis.
