Senior Producer (Gaming)

Location: Los Angeles, California, with onsite office work required at least three days per week; hybrid schedule.

Base salary: $90,000–$95,000 annually for the U.S.-based role.

What you will do

• Oversee production quality, schedules, budgets, resourcing, risks, deliverables, and standards across client campaigns and projects.
• Lead complex, high-impact productions end-to-end across social, digital, live, and other platforms.
• Help build the game capture, gameplay trailer, and post-production offering from capture planning through editing, finishing, and delivery.
• Partner with Creative, Strategy, Editorial, Production, and Client Services to shape feasible, compelling concepts from pitches through delivery.
• Manage vendors, freelancers, internal teams, and client relationships while communicating production decisions, risks, timelines, and trade-offs.
• Manage and develop 1–4 direct reports and provide hands-on leadership during complex and high-pressure productions.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of production experience in an agency, media, gaming, or live-event environment, including leading complex, high-visibility productions and campaigns.
• Strong understanding of multi-platform content production across live, digital, and social content, plus storytelling, pacing, framing, and visual composition.
• Experience shaping and evaluating creative concepts for feasibility and impact.
• Strong financial understanding with experience managing production budgets, forecasting costs, planning resources, and overseeing schedules.
• Experience managing and developing team members, with the leadership presence to guide teams and make confident decisions.
• Familiarity with project management platforms, Adobe Suite, asset-tracking systems, and other production software and tools.
• Clear, proactive communication and the ability to build trust across internal teams, clients, vendors, freelancers, and external partners.
• Solutions-oriented problem-solving skills, including anticipating challenges and maintaining creative and production rigor under pressure.
• Practical experience using AI tools to improve production workflows, with awareness of limitations, confidentiality requirements, and the need for human oversight.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings, weekends, and irregular hours, and willingness to travel up to 10% for client projects and production needs.

• Experience producing game capture, gameplay trailers, or post-production pipelines.
• Experience with gaming and entertainment brands, publishers, or creative agencies.
• Experience managing productions across globally distributed teams.
