Talent & Development Program Specialist

Location: Kraków, Poland. Hybrid model: 3 days per week in the office, or 2 days for a parent of a child up to 4 years old.

What you will do

• Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of key talent initiatives.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions across talent workflows, tools, and platforms.
• Partner with Talent & Development colleagues and vendors to manage and maintain talent platforms.
• Use talent data to generate insights and support decision-making.
• Maintain procedure documentation and ensure talent programs comply with organizational policies.
• Support communication, training, and adoption of new processes, tools, and programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience supporting talent programs for a global enterprise.
• Strong knowledge of talent systems.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions and tell compelling stories.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Budget management experience.
