What you will do

• Create and maintain tutorials, FAQ articles, release notes, product updates, and training materials.
• Translate complex product and technical information into clear, concise, human-centered content.
• Use AI tools and agents to research, draft, structure, review, and improve content.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Training, and Customer Success stakeholders.
• Document processes and product changes across DISH products.
• Identify knowledge gaps and improve how users find and consume information in the DISH Support platform.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program.
• Very good copywriting skills and a strong sense of clear, concise, human content.
• Confidence in written and spoken English; English is the main working language.
• Curiosity and confidence in actively working with AI tools and agents.
• Ability to understand complex or technical topics and explain them in a simple, user-friendly way.
• Proactive, structured, and reliable working style.

Nice to have

• First exposure to content creation, knowledge management, digital products, or hospitality.
