Senior Paid Marketing Lead

Location: Hybrid in Berlin, Germany, or Stockholm, Sweden

What you will do

• Set and own paid digital and performance marketing strategy across Google, Meta, Reddit, and programmatic channels.
• Plan forecasts, audience targeting, budget pacing, and paid-channel responses to seasonality and demand triggers across markets.
• Lead cross-market campaigns and optimisation with local Growth Leads, agencies, Creative, CRM, Analytics, and Finance teams.
• Own paid budget distribution and performance against CAC, ROAS, ad conversion, and other acquisition metrics.
• Lead audience development, creative testing, bidding optimisation, conversion improvements, and the paid experiment roadmap.
• Define paid marketing measurement and attribution approaches in partnership with Data stakeholders.

Requirements

• Deep paid marketing expertise covering acquisition, conversion optimisation, and media buying at scale.
• Experience delivering both strategic direction and daily optimisation.
• Successful experience as a senior individual contributor, driving impact without formal authority.
• Multi-market performance marketing experience spanning Sweden, the Netherlands, and Norway.
• Experience establishing experimentation and measurement frameworks for paid marketing, not only reporting against them.
• Ability to own performance numbers and explain their drivers to leaders and agency partners.
• Business English fluency required.
• Strong use of AI in daily work, including planning, buying, and optimising media.
