Technical Product Manager (AI/Fintech)

Location: Brazil and Latin America; remote

Salary: $4,000–$6,000 per month gross in USD

What you will do

• Translate projects, initiatives, and quarterly goals into detailed technical requirements and execution plans.
• Partner with engineering, data, and design to build, test, and launch high-quality features.
• Own technical product documentation, user stories, and end-to-end release management.
• Use SQL and data analysis to define KPIs, validate hypotheses, and monitor product performance.
• Run A/B tests and experiments, manage learning loops, and drive measurable outcomes.
• Align engineering, operations, and stakeholders while proactively managing technical risks, edge cases, and dependencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or another technical discipline.
• Deep understanding of APIs, integrations, architecture, and data flows.
• Strong SQL skills and the ability to query and interpret data independently.
• 6–10 years of product experience, ideally in fintech, e-commerce, rewards platforms, payments, or AI-enabled products.
• Proven experience building and shipping complex products from concept through iteration.
• Experience working in agile, fast-moving environments with engineering-heavy collaboration.
• Required: experience with Claude or equivalent large language model tools, with comfort using AI for productivity, research, and communication.
• Ability to work through ambiguity, make decisions with incomplete information, and translate technical complexity into actionable plans.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for engineering standups and executive reviews.

Nice to have

• Experience with regulated credit, lending, e-commerce, marketplaces, rewards platforms, or card products.
• Familiarity with modern AI infrastructure, including LLMs, MCPs, or model operations.
• Background in two-sided marketplaces or payments orchestration.
