Condition Monitoring Advisor

Location: Brisbane, Queensland, Australia; full-time onsite position.

What you will do

• Aggregate and correlate the five condition monitoring elements: S·O·S fluid analysis, equipment inspections, electronic data, repair history, and site conditions.
• Analyze condition monitoring inputs using enabling software tools and business systems.
• Provide equipment recommendations and information for equipment management lead tracking and resolution.
• Prepare daily or monthly written recommendation reports for customers and hirify.global dealers.
• Facilitate customer meetings and communicate recommendations to customers, dealers, industry groups, Corporate Accounts, and DSDs.
• Build collaborative relationships and consult with equipment management personnel.

Requirements

• Experience in product support and/or engineering.
• Strong customer service and customer contact experience.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work and provide direction in a team environment with diverse customers and business partners.
• Initiative and ability to resolve issues independently or through appropriate team guidance.
• Working knowledge of each of the five condition monitoring elements, with subject matter expertise in at least three.
• Working knowledge of engines, power trains, hydraulic systems, Product Link, VIMS, inspection processes, equipment lifecycle planning, S·O·S Services, and the Service Information System is desired.
