Mechatronics Development Manager (Rovosphere)

Location: Wels, Austria; full-time onsite position.

Minimum gross basic salary: EUR 60,963 per year, with significant overpayment possible depending on qualifications and experience.

hirify.global develops and expands the Rovosphere picking-system product line within an international logistics technology business.

What you will do

• Own the standardization, industrialization, and further development of the Rovosphere product area, including modules and components.
• Plan and prioritize standardization, industrialization, and development activities with stakeholders and product management.
• Coordinate cross-divisional cooperation across value stream, documentation, implementation, supply chain, pre-assembly, testing, and validation.
• Ensure mechatronic product maturity regarding quality, costs, deadlines, and target achievement.
• Lead, coach, and develop the team while promoting an appreciative, high-performance culture.

Requirements

• Completed technical education at HTL, FH, or university level in mechatronics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience in product development, standardization and/or industrialization.
• First or several years of management experience in a development environment.
• Experience in project management and/or product ownership in an agile environment.
• Entrepreneurial thinking, a high degree of independence, and a strong view of the bigger picture.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Very good German and English skills required.
