Global System Integration Manager (Logistics Automation)

Location: Marchtrenk, Austria; full-time position with approximately 35% international travel.

Salary: Minimum gross basic salary of €53,242 per year, with a higher salary possible depending on qualifications and experience.

What you will do

• Take responsibility for system integration in strategic, complex, and high-risk international projects.
• Support existing System Integration Manager structures or take over full integration responsibility during critical project phases.
• Ensure contractual functionality, performance, and availability targets.
• Synchronize mechanical, PLC, and IT disciplines at system level and resolve cross-disciplinary integration challenges.
• Validate simulation models, test strategies, and integration concepts.
• Participate in FAT, SAT, commissioning, ramp-up, and the transfer of best practices across business units.

Requirements

• Completed technical education from an HTL, FH, university, or equivalent institution.
• Several years of experience in system integration or commissioning of automated logistics systems.
• Strong knowledge of MFC, WCS, WMS, PLC, SCADA, and IT systems.
• Experience with simulation and emulation tools.
• Ability to analyze complex customer business processes.
• High technical credibility, strong communication skills, and a structured, solution-oriented mindset.
• Fluent English required; German is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel internationally for approximately 35% of the time.
