Cybersecurity Engineer (Industrial/Railway): Conducting cybersecurity risk analyses and defining security requirements for OT and embedded systems in railway and industrial automation products with an accent on EBIOS RM, ISO 27005, IEC 62443, and cross-site collaboration. Focus on validating security architectures, integrating cybersecurity test reports, tracking regulatory compliance, and mentoring engineering teams.
Location: Charleroi, Belgium, with telework possible two days per week

What you will do
- Conduct cybersecurity risk analyses for OT and embedded systems.
- Define security requirements for products and solutions in collaboration with software and hardware development centers.
- Work with technical and business teams to identify potential risks and integrate and validate analysis and test reports.
- Track regulatory changes and contribute to the compliance of deliverables.
- For experienced profiles, define project cybersecurity management plans, validate architectures and countermeasures, mentor engineering teams, and oversee cybersecurity testing.
Requirements
- First experience in industrial or IT cybersecurity; motivated and structured junior profiles are welcome.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity risk assessment methodologies such as EBIOS RM, ISO 27005, or IEC 62443.
- Strong interpersonal skills for cross-site collaboration, an analytical mindset, strong documentation skills, and a service-oriented approach.
- Professional English proficiency, both oral and written.
- Minimum 3 years of experience and a Bac+4/5 degree.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with firewalls, routers, security gateways, PLCs, or data diodes.
- Familiarity with Linux environments.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CompTIA Security+, ISO 27001, or IEC 62443.
- Previous experience in the railway or industrial sector.
