SailPoint IdentityIQ Developer

Location: Hybrid, with 8 days per month at the office in Brussels, Paris or Amsterdam

What you will do

• Develop and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions from scratch.
• Build custom workflows, rules, lifecycle events, provisioning processes, and connectors.
• Integrate IdentityIQ with enterprise applications, Active Directory, LDAP, and security solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex IAM issues and provide L3 support.
• Produce technical documentation and solution designs while collaborating with security, infrastructure, and application teams.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IAM engineering.
• Strong development expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ and Java.
• Proven experience with custom workflows, connectors, rules, and integrations.
• Solid knowledge of Active Directory and LDAP.
• Experience with Windows and Linux environments.
• Agile/Scrum experience.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent English proficiency.
• This is a hands-on engineering role, not an administration or integration-only position.

Nice to have

• PowerShell or other scripting skills.
• Experience with CyberArk, PAM, SIEM, or Splunk.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow and Azure DevOps.
• Experience in financial services or other regulated industries.
