Application Manager / Deputy Security Champion (Cybersecurity)

Location: Brussels, Belgium; hybrid work with 2 days per week.

What you will do

• Support critical applications connected to ETCS and railway signalling systems.
• Lead the Application Risk Analysis Committee and validate risk analyses before production deployment.
• Challenge and improve risk assessments and define and monitor quarterly KPIs.
• Maintain accurate and complete UCMDB data and coordinate monthly follow-ups with project stakeholders.
• Support the Security Champion with SOA documentation and contribute to ISO27001 and NIS2 cybersecurity procedures.
• Assist Project Leaders and the Program Manager with project governance and documentation.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in risk analysis.
• Strong knowledge of CMDB and UCMDB environments.
• Understanding of ISO27001 and NIS/NIS2 cybersecurity frameworks.
• Basic networking knowledge and experience supporting project or program management.
• Experience with Confluence and SharePoint.
• Project management certification such as PRINCE2, PMBOK, or equivalent.
• French or Dutch at C2 level, the second national language at B2 level, and English at B2 level.
• Strong analytical and structured thinking, ability to simplify complex topics, pedagogical leadership, clear stakeholder communication, rigor, reliability, and collaborative teamwork.
