Forensic Project Manager

Location: Fully remote; U.S. Persons only due to ITAR export-control requirements

Salary: $65,000.00–$75,000.00 per year

What you will do

• Manage forensic projects from assignment through final report delivery.
• Coordinate insurance carriers, attorneys, property owners, expert investigators, and internal teams.
• Plan budgets based on project scope, required experts, and inspection location.
• Track timelines, budgets, deliverables, records, and project status updates.
• Review deliverables for completeness, accuracy, and client expectations.
• Support clear, professional, and defensible expert reports and escalate issues when needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven project management experience, preferably in engineering, construction, insurance, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, time-management, communication, and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Client-focused approach, strong work ethic, proactive attitude, and commitment to customer service.
• Must qualify as a U.S. Person: U.S. citizen or national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Nice to have

• Experience with insurance claims, litigation support, or forensic investigations.
• Familiarity with technical reports or engineering documentation.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
