What you will do

• Deliver high-quality animation for a stylized adult animated series, including complex movement, acting, posing, timing, and visual storytelling.
• Maintain the show's artistic style, shot continuity, and visual narrative across sequences and technically challenging shots.
• Mentor Junior and Intermediate Animators and support their technical and artistic development.
• Interpret storyboards and Director feedback, provide direction, and collaborate with the Lead Animator, Animation Director, and Animation Supervisor.
• Improve scene organization, animation workflows, shot approvals, and production efficiency while troubleshooting complex animation challenges.

Requirements

• More than 3 years of 3D animation experience using Maya in series or film production.
• Strong experience as a Lead in feature or series CG character animation.
• Experience and interest in cartoony animation style.
• Ability to work within an established pipeline and learn custom tools.
• Ability to interpret storyboards and Director feedback effectively and give direction to a team.
• Strong teaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to develop the team technically and artistically.
• Strong teamwork and excellent communication skills.

Nice to have

• Quadruped animation experience.
• Comfort filming reference footage and using it in animation.
