Materials Scheduler & Planner

What you will do

• Create and maintain detailed production schedules based on production plans.
• Execute daily, plant-level Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) to manage production requirements and delivery schedules.
• Establish operation sequences and lead times to meet shipment dates.
• Monitor schedule adherence, identify root causes of deviations, and implement follow-up improvement actions.
• Provide information on production capacity issues and material availability, and release manufacturing work orders.

Requirements

• Good operational understanding of purchasing and materials control processes.
• Basic knowledge of Pull/Push systems and MRP systems.
• Strong organisational, team-working, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Excellent numeracy skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to develop professionally.
