What you will do

• Conduct stock checks, update inventory systems, investigate deviations, and prepare stock requests for production areas.
• Support Manufacturing and Shift Leads with execution of the S&OP business plan and balanced production workflow.
• Allocate work orders to process areas by due-date sequence, communicate priorities, and maintain resource utilisation.
• Monitor plan adherence, highlight schedule deviations, and manage operational metrics to maintain WIP accuracy.
• Coordinate with production areas and internal functional teams to meet internal and external customer service requirements.
• Support product manufacture in line with quality requirements and participate in 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience using manufacturing shop-floor data collection software such as SAP or MFG Pro.
• Experience managing production workflow.
• Understanding of Lean tools and their applications in manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
