Sr. Financial Analyst

Location: San Jose, California, USA; hybrid work model

Annual base salary: $97,000–$140,000

What you will do

• Lead revenue, volume, price, mix, and market performance analysis, identifying business drivers, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Coordinate planning inputs, consolidation, reporting, and analysis while reconciling market data for accuracy and integrity.
• Partner with category and commercial teams on strategic planning, pricing, promotions, product launches, and investment decisions.
• Lead monthly forecasting, annual planning, category P&L performance reviews, and variance analysis for senior leadership.
• Develop financial models for gross-to-net spend analysis and improve financial and operational reporting.
• Perform ad hoc analyses and projects for business partners to support business results.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of progressive finance experience, including Financial Planning & Analysis support.
• Strong financial modeling skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with business partners and peers.

Nice to have

• Experience in Category Finance, Commercial Finance, Corporate Finance, Business Finance, or Sales Finance.
