Project Engineer (Manufacturing)

Location: On-site in Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin, United States. Travel may include up to 25% domestic and international travel. Relocation assistance may be authorized.

Expected compensation: $124,127–$151,710, including base pay plus variable incentive pay if eligible.

What you will do

• Lead capital engineering projects supporting growth, cost reduction, EHS improvement, and equipment or facility renewal.
• Lead cross-functional teams across electrical, facilities, design, technical expertise, and operations.
• Define and manage project scope, budgets, schedules, forecasts, communications, and financial analysis.
• Deliver project expectations while following corporate policies, procedures, security standards, and EHS requirements.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or technical diploma or higher from an accredited institute plus five years of combined experience in engineering, manufacturing, and/or project management; or a bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution plus three years of combined experience in engineering, manufacturing, and/or project management.
• Experience must be completed and verified before starting and may come from private, public, government, or military environments.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.
• U.S. person status may need to be assessed because the role may involve access to export-controlled information, systems, technologies, and services.

Nice to have

• Five years of combined experience in capital equipment and/or facilities project management.
• Experience with webline, extrusion, material handling, or inspection equipment.
• Ability to contribute as a team player in a matrix environment.
• Proficiency with typical business, office, and technical software for spreadsheets and project presentations or scheduling.
