Accounts Payable Accountant (Comptable Fournisseurs)

Location: Paris, France; hybrid work with up to 3 days per week from home.

Digital-assets and Web3 platform developing hardware wallets and services for securely buying, storing, swapping, growing, and managing crypto assets.

What you will do

• Match supplier invoices with purchase orders, record invoices, and review items in the approved platform.
• Prepare payment batches, reconcile supplier accounts, and monitor accounts with follow-up communication to suppliers and employees.
• Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, including accrued expenses and shareholder current accounts.
• Review expense reports, record entries, prepare payments, reconcile accounts, and support fee declarations.
• Support annual audits by answering auditors’ questions.

Requirements

• Minimum BTS, DUT, or equivalent qualification.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Rigorous and analytical approach.
• Ability to communicate and work effectively in a team.
• Good English level required for working in an international environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of ERP systems.
• Comfort with AI and current tools, with a willingness to work with AI strongly recommended.
