Head of Financial Controller (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Own the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of accounting transactions across hirify.global’s entities.
• Build and improve scalable monthly and quarterly close processes and ensure accurate revenue recognition.
• Lead consolidation across the international entity structure and support transfer pricing, intercompany transactions, and cross-border compliance.
• Design and implement accounting controls, policies, documentation, and process improvements.
• Manage the annual financial audit and the relationship with the external accounting firm.
• Manage the current team of three general accountants and grow the team as the organization scales.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in accounting, including senior, lead, or controller-level roles.
• Strong knowledge of French accounting standards; experience with multi-GAAP and consolidation environments is an advantage.
• Experience building accounting processes and internal controls from scratch in a fast-growing or scaling organization.
• Prior people management experience.
• Ability to work autonomously and adapt to ambiguity and rapid change.
