Junior Video Producer

hirify.global is expanding its global motion design and video function within its Marketing / eCommerce department.

What you will do

• Assist with video projects from brainstorming and concept pitches through shot lists, scripts, shoot planning, filming, editing, and final delivery.
• Edit raw footage for product demonstrations, tutorials, educational content, demand generation, sales facilitation, marketing, and social channels.
• Support post-production using motion graphics, voiceovers, music, and branded elements.
• Organize media files, export files into requested formats, and upload content to YouTube and other designated platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams and technical experts to turn product and service ideas into visual stories.
• Coordinate with translation partners to adapt video content for international audiences and support external vendors or contractors.

Requirements

• Video production experience covering concept development, planning, shooting, editing, and final delivery.
• Ability to edit raw footage and use motion graphics, voiceovers, music, and branded elements.
• Ability to manage media files, export content in requested formats, and handle platform uploads.
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams, technical experts, translation partners, external vendors, and contractors.
• Motivation to contribute fresh ideas, think ahead, and create brand-focused visual stories.
