Jr Analytics Consultant

Location: Bogota, Colombia; hybrid workplace

What you will do

• Analyze and interpret information from hirify.global services for clients.
• Manage client account administration and track client service requests.
• Advise clients on market research issues to support business decisions.
• Prepare insights and recommendations to support revenue growth and established objectives.
• Execute special projects supporting new products and processes for the company and its customers.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in market research companies, retail, or FMCG manufacturing; professional internships are also considered.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
• Advanced Excel skills mandatory.
• Experience working with large databases and generating insights.
• Experience in direct client interaction.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, effective communication, creativity, organization, prioritization, customer orientation, commitment, and a positive attitude toward challenges.
• Teamwork skills.
