Business Analyst Middle+ (Delivery)

Location: Colombia; willingness to relocate to Colombia and work on-site with local teams is required. Flexible work is available from the office or remotely, with on-site visits to operational teams.

What you will do

• Gather and structure requirements from operational teams and translate them into development tasks.
• Develop Ambassador Delivery scenarios and internal tools for couriers and supervisors.
• Improve ambassador performance monitoring, incentive management, delivery quality, conversion, and efficiency.
• Analyze operational workflows, collect local team feedback, and identify bottlenecks.
• Formulate hypotheses and run A/B tests and experiments to improve operational outcomes.
• Define key performance metrics and collaborate with Product Analytics on dashboards, reporting, implementation, releases, and post-launch analysis.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong understanding of product development processes, product metrics, and continuous product improvement.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and translating operational needs into development tasks.
• Hands-on experience with hypothesis generation, experimentation, and A/B testing.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data, reporting, and Product Analytics teams.
• Willingness to work closely with local operational teams, including on-site visits to understand processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Confident daily use of Claude or other AI tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across multiple teams.
• Independence, proactivity, and ability to manage diverse tasks in a fast-changing environment.
• B2 or higher English level for communication with an international team.
• Willingness to relocate to Colombia and work on-site with local teams.

Nice to have

• Spanish language skills.
• Experience with operations-heavy products, logistics, delivery, or internal operational tools.
