We're looking for a Business Development Manager who is a master in the Payments industry, understands merchants and knows how to turn connections into business.
📍 Limassol, Cyprus | Regulated PSP
💰 €5,000–€6,000 gross/month
Your mission:
🚀 Bring new merchants on board and open new business opportunities.
🤝 Build relationships across FinTech, iGaming and e-commerce.
💼 Own the full sales cycle, from first contact to closing.
📈 Grow merchant portfolios and increase processing volumes.
🌍 Represent the business at international industry events.
You bring:
Proven BDM/Sales experience in PSP, Payments or iGaming is a must.
Strong knowledge of payment processing and acquiring.
Fluent Ukrainian or Russian + professional English.
A hunter mentality, strong negotiation skills and a network that opens doors.
Existing right to work in Cyprus (no visa sponsorship).
