We’re expanding our payments team and are looking for two people to join us on an exciting new stage of growth.

Find and win new clients: companies that need payment solutions, bank and EMI accounts, crypto and payout solutions. Most of the work is outbound: networking, conferences, LinkedIn, cold outreach. The Sales Manager closes the first deal and hands the client over to the team. Perfect for someone energetic, persistent, who loves the hunt.
🧩
Own long-term client relationships and bring clients new solutions to help them grow. Build and enhance our network of PSPs, banks and EMIs, negotiate the best terms, and turn client needs into tailored offers. Perfect for someone analytical, structured, who enjoys solving complex puzzles.
Requirements for both roles:
✔️ Experience in payments (PSPs, EMIs, acquiring, banking). This is a must
✔️ Fluent English and Russian
✔️ Based in Cyprus, on-site work
