TL;DR
Global Sales Manager (FinTech): Winning and onboarding international merchants, particularly in iGaming, while opening new markets across Europe, CIS and LATAM with an accent on merchant acquisition and full-cycle B2B sales. Focus on independently winning new merchants, managing conversations through go-live, and developing cross-border payment markets.
Our client, a global payment gateway specialising in cross-border payments, is building its new sales team in Limassol and hiring two Global Sales Managers.

You'll win and onboard international merchants, particularly in iGaming, and open new markets across Europe, CIS and LATAM, owning the full sales cycle from first conversation to go-live.

What you'll bring:
• 3+ years in B2B sales or business development in payments, iGaming or FinTech
• A track record of winning new merchants yourself
• Russian or Spanish is a plus

📍 Limassol, remote start possible before the office opens in early 2027
💶 €42,000 to €72,000 base plus monthly commission
