Treasury Assistant - Fiat & Crypto Operations

What you will do

• Assist with routine fiat and low-value cryptocurrency payments under supervision and approval controls.
• Monitor bank and crypto wallet balances, payment statuses, wallet transfers, whitelisting, and outstanding transactions.
• Maintain accurate payment records, supporting documentation, treasury trackers, and Excel reports.
• Assist with bank, crypto exchange, and payment service provider onboarding, including KYC and compliance documentation.
• Support cash and liquidity reporting, bank and wallet reconciliations, data entry, system updates, and Datarails reporting.
• Coordinate with Finance, Accounts Payable, Compliance, Treasury, and external providers; escalate discrepancies and operational issues.

Requirements

• Some experience in finance, accounting, payments, administration, or a similar role.
• Basic understanding of financial transactions and reconciliations.
• Good Microsoft Excel skills and strong attention to detail.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to follow processes, maintain accurate records, and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn cryptocurrency operations and treasury systems.

Nice to have

• Basic awareness of cryptocurrency, blockchain, or digital assets.
• Exposure to banking platforms, payments, or financial reporting.
• Relevant qualification or ongoing studies in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
