Treasury Manager (Fintech): Managing liquidity, interest rate risk, FX hedging, funding buffers, and bond portfolios for a growing digital bank with an accent on daily treasury operations, risk monitoring, and counterparty relationships. Focus on building market analysis tools, developing treasury processes, and leading projects involving repos, bond portfolios, trading activities, and cross-functional risk decisions.
Location: Aarhus, Denmark; four days per week in the office

is a fully licensed Nordic digital bank founded in Aarhus in 2015, building cloud-native, real-time financial services across Denmark, Sweden, and Norway.
What you will do
- Perform daily Treasury operations, including liquidity management and FX risk hedging.
- Monitor LCR, NSFR, interest rate risk in the banking book, and recommend hedges.
- Build market analysis tools to support Treasury decisions, risk management, and revenue growth.
- Manage bank and counterparty relationships for money market transactions and repos, including credit limits and onboarding.
- Lead Treasury projects and represent Treasury in cross-functional initiatives.
- Maintain Treasury processes, controls, and documentation in an audit-ready condition.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Up to 3 years of banking or treasury experience, including understanding of liquidity management, interest rate risk, LCR, NSFR, and CRR.
- Detail-oriented approach and a strong controls mindset.
- Clear communication and ability to work with Risk, Finance, Compliance, and the business.
- Curiosity, drive, and willingness to build Treasury capabilities while handling routine operational work.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with money markets, repos, bond portfolios, or FX hedging.
- Experience with a treasury system such as FIS Quantum.
- Participation in system, data, or policy projects.
- Advanced Excel skills and Python experience.
