Readiness and Adoption Specialist (MineStar)

Location: Onsite in Australia, based in Perth or Brisbane; working onsite five days a week. Relocation is available. The role requires 25–50% travel, including extensive site-based travel.

What you will do

• Own site change across customer, dealer, and hirify.global workstreams as MineStar deployments move into a new operating state.
• Redesign processes, roles, and decision rights with customer and dealer teams, applying Operational Excellence standards and playbooks.
• Define readiness criteria, gates, and evidence before go-live; conduct site assessments and create change enablement plans.
• Build communication strategies, lead workshops, presentations, coaching, and training for supervisors and operational teams.
• Drive adoption and stabilization, confirm evidence at handover, and establish local accountability for the new way of working.
• Maintain plans, dependencies, RAID, and status reporting while coordinating internal functions, dealer resources, and customer teams.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent experience with exposure to mining, technology, or consulting.
• Ability to deliver a defined workstream with guidance and work to an agreed readiness plan.
• Ability to build credibility with supervisors, superintendents, operational teams, dealers, and customers, including influencing without formal authority.
• Ability to redesign defined processes, identify readiness failures, develop solutions under ambiguity, and escalate deviations early with recommendations.
• Ability to deliver workshops, presentations, coaching, training, and communication plans that move operational audiences from acceptance to practice.
• Ability to ground site assessments and change enablement plans in operational data and quantify friction, tooling gaps, and adoption evidence.
• Willingness to work with customers outside Australia and across cultures.

Nice to have

• Exposure to mine site operations; backgrounds such as mine engineer, application specialist, or service engineer are useful.
• Familiarity with mining fleet technology, particularly MineStar.
