What you will do

• Manage Dynamics 365, SharePoint, IIS, SQL Server, and Windows Server environments.
• Implement and maintain secure configurations, workflows, integrations, and monitoring.
• Support deployments, upgrades, patching, hardening, and troubleshooting.
• Integrate Microsoft services with CI/CD and automation workflows.
• Ensure compliance with EU security standards and manage audit evidence.
• Collaborate with DevOps and Infrastructure teams to maintain stability across test and production environments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing Microsoft enterprise workloads, including Windows Server, Active Directory, IIS, and SQL Server.
• Experience administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 on-premises.
• Experience implementing secure, high-availability configurations, patching, hardening, and Microsoft service integrations with CI/CD and automation workflows.
• Mandatory certification: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate or Dynamics 365 Fundamentals.
• English at C1 level required.
