AI Data Architect

Location: Hybrid or full remote in Spain or Italy, including Milan, Verona, and Florence.

Salary: €45,000–€75,000 per year, with final placement based on technical skills, role experience, and selection outcomes.

What you will do

• Design scalable data architectures aligned with business objectives.
• Lead the definition of secure and efficient data platforms.
• Define end-to-end solutions covering data integration, storage, processing, governance, security, and consumption.
• Promote best practices in data governance and quality, including automation and observability.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams as a technical reference and facilitator of decision-making.
• Assess new trends and approaches across the Data ecosystem and support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related discipline.
• Solid experience designing and evolving complex enterprise AI data architectures.
• Strong knowledge of modern data management and exploitation models, distributed architectures, and analytical architectures.
• Ability to define comprehensive data solutions across the full data lifecycle.
• Experience working with both technical and business teams and facilitating technical decisions.
• Knowledge of data quality, automation, observability, and data platform governance best practices.
• English proficiency sufficient for collaboration in international environments.
• Innovative mindset, continuous improvement orientation, and ability to evaluate new Data ecosystem trends and approaches.
