Cyber Security Architecture - Solution Analyst (Cybersecurity)

Location: Naples, Italy; hybrid working model with 2 days per week remotely.

Gross annual salary: €40,000–€47,000 gross per year, paid over 14 monthly installments.

What you will do

• Design, maintain, and improve security architectures, solutions, and controls across infrastructure, cloud, application, and integration environments.
• Guide technology transformation, cloud adoption, and migration initiatives by identifying dependencies, assessing risks, and defining security measures.
• Develop and evolve security architecture baselines, principles, patterns, and reference architectures.
• Review solution architectures and third-party software and services from a cybersecurity perspective.
• Work with enterprise architects, product owners, administrators, engineering, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to embed security-by-design principles.
• Define security recommendations, report risks, and contribute to IAM architectures and integration patterns.

Requirements

• Degree in computer science, engineering, cybersecurity, or a related qualification.
• Italian as the primary language and fluent English.
• 4–7 years of experience in cybersecurity architecture roles covering infrastructure, cloud, and applications.
• Experience designing and implementing security solutions and architectures across cloud, infrastructure, application, network, identity, and integration domains.
• Knowledge of IAM and Zero Trust architectures, enterprise networking, segmentation, connectivity, and communication patterns across on-premises, cloud, and external environments.
• Knowledge of security architecture frameworks, standards, and best practices, including ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls, and OWASP.
• Understanding of risk management fundamentals and their application to cybersecurity and business decisions.
• Adaptable, decisive, collaborative, and able to manage multiple engagements and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, technical documentation, and ability to explain outcomes to non-technical audiences.
• Right to work in Italy.

Nice to have

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code and policy-as-code.
• Familiarity with AI security and governance principles.
• Cloud and cybersecurity certifications such as SC-100, CISSP, CCSP, GCLD, or GPCS.
