What you will do

• Design system architectures, detailed designs, and specifications based on client requirements.
• Integrate subsystems and components, ensuring system compatibility and performance.
• Develop and execute system testing, validation, troubleshooting, and commissioning activities, including support at client sites.
• Prepare and review requirements, design specifications, test plans, operator manuals, and quality documentation.
• Lead technical discussions, resolve issues, communicate with clients, and coordinate with software, hardware, workshop, and project management teams.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers while supporting continuous improvement, quality, safety, and relevant training.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in systems engineering.
• In-depth knowledge of software packages relevant to senior systems engineering, including SCADA, PLC, and HMI packages.
• Experience applying systems engineering principles and methodologies.
• Familiarity with system integration processes, tools, and technologies.
• Understanding of industry and company quality management systems and processes.
• Experience with software development integration and working on client sites.
• Good verbal and written communication skills for collaboration and client interaction.
