Product Manager / Senior Product Manager - Cards & Top-ups (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own the Cards and Top-ups product strategy, roadmap, execution, performance, and success metrics across Nordic markets.
• Manage product economics, including customer impact, cost to serve, operational load, risk, and cost per active card.
• Build and manage the partner ecosystem across card schemes, processors, wallets, card manufacturing and fulfilment, fraud, and dispute tooling; define SLAs and run business reviews.
• Work with operations and support to reduce contact rates and operational load through product improvements.
• Define and prioritise product bets such as real-time card controls, spend intelligence, faster disputes, and improved wallet experiences.
• Use AI to prototype flows, analyse research and transaction data, draft specifications, and ship guarded solutions for dispute handling, fraud explanations, and support deflection.

Requirements

• Experience in cards, payments, or another regulated consumer fintech product, with experience or strong interest in card issuing.
• Knowledge of card schemes, processors, tokenisation, 3DS, clearing, and disputes.
• Track record of shipping changes that improved measurable outcomes such as engagement, adoption, or revenue, with data-informed prioritisation and concrete examples of using AI.
• Ability to work closely with engineering and translate technical trade-offs into product decisions.
• Strong stakeholder management across commercial, risk, and compliance functions.
• Clear written English and an ownership mindset focused on outcomes, decision-making with incomplete information, and changing course based on data.

Nice to have

• Strong SQL skills.
• Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian language skills.
