Data Analyst Intern (AI)

Location: Sant Cugat del Valles, Barcelona, Spain; on-site internship

hirify.global Barcelona is a large R&D center and global headquarters for hirify.global’s Large Format Printing and 3D Printing business units, supporting software, firmware, hardware, and cross-functional business teams.

What you will do

• Map and structure SIQ quality data, including UIR, defects, validation, reliability, performance, and customer-impact KPIs.
• Analyze field and customer issues against validation coverage to identify gaps and propose improvements.
• Prototype automation and AI opportunities for SIQ reporting, issue analysis, and quality insights aligned with the QI Companion direction.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related STEM discipline.
• Strong data analysis skills; Excel is required and Power BI is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Python and/or SQL for data processing and analytics.
• Familiarity with data visualization and KPI/dashboard development.
• Interest in AI, automation, predictive analytics, and product quality.
• Analytical, curious, structured, autonomous, collaborative, and proactive.
• Fluent spoken and written English required.
• Must be currently enrolled at a university in Spain, remain enrolled until the end of the internship, and be eligible to sign an internship agreement with the university.
• Must be available to start in February 2027 and continue until June–July 2027.

• Power BI experience.
