Associate Analyst, GTM (Salesforce/SQL)

Location: Seattle, Washington, United States; expected to be in the office 5 days a week. Standard office setting with limited corporate travel to remote offices, business meetings, and events.

Salary: $65,000–$81,000 annually; target annual bonus percentage: 7.5%.

What you will do

• Handle lightweight ad hoc data pulls and formatting requests from Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance.
• Act as the initial contact for Revenue Operations Analytics requests, clarifying scope, priority, and stakeholder intent before routing work.
• Document recurring requests and processes to support repeatable, scalable workflows.
• Create go-to-market reports covering pipeline, pacing, funnel, and lifecycle metrics.
• Maintain the request queue, track status and turnaround times, and develop performance dashboards for senior leadership.
• Prepare standard materials and data extracts for weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reports; investigate data-quality issues through root-cause analysis.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience with SQL and BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker, plus Excel and Salesforce.com.
• Basic familiarity with data and reporting concepts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including in-depth knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong organization, prioritization, collaboration, and communication skills, including the ability to clarify and scope ambiguous requests.
• Willingness to build hands-on skills in Salesforce, SQL, and BI/reporting tools and learn new systems and processes.
