Lead Producer (Assassin's Creed)

What you will do

• Define the development strategy, project scope, key deliverables, and console-specific plans, and present them to management.
• Build and track the budget while balancing schedules, quality, and costs.
• Structure and organize the core team, submit staffing plans, and supervise team members.
• Manage project risks, approve contingency plans, and report progress to studio, creation house, and brand management.
• Coordinate with external collaborators, press members, internal teams, and suppliers, including negotiating required agreements.
• Support the creative director, review market positioning and technology choices, propose tools and a game engine, oversee game quality, and support performance reviews and team-member growth.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in video game production or multimedia production.
• In-depth knowledge of the video game market and industry.
• Strong communication and delegation skills, with the ability to give team members ownership of their work.
• A team management approach grounded in trust, respect, feedback, and collective well-being.
• Interest in experimentation, collaboration, continuous learning, and improving production practices.
• Ability to adapt to change, work under pressure, and stay focused on results.
• French proficiency required.
