Technical Product Manager (Data Integrations)

Location: Remote within Germany, with regular gatherings in Berlin and travel across DACH for workshops and customer visits. Candidates must be eligible to work in Germany.

hirify.global is building a Kubernetes-based data intelligence platform delivered as B2B SaaS and self-hosted on-premises, including air-gapped deployments, for defense, law enforcement, and enterprise customers.

What you will do

• Own the provider roadmap, prioritizing integrations based on analyst needs and defining delivery requirements.
• Write technical specifications covering authentication, pagination, rate limits, synchronization, deduplication, field mapping, failures, provenance, and SaaS/on-prem behavior.
• Own the connector platform, including connector contracts, versioning, evaluation-to-production flow, and reusable integration capabilities.
• Design admin interfaces for credentials, scheduling, health, status, logs, quota usage, permissions, and failure handling.
• Work with partnerships, legal, engineering, ontology, machine learning, processing, and product teams on vendor evaluation, licensing, data provenance, integration architecture, and load forecasting.
• Shape person-focused investigation workflows and measure sync success, data freshness, provider onboarding time, active connections, and failure resolution time.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Manager experience in B2B SaaS, including end-to-end ownership of a technically complex area such as an integration platform, API product, or data pipelines.
• Strong practical understanding of API documentation, OAuth, API keys, polling, webhooks, pagination, and rate limits, with the ability to test endpoints using Postman or curl.
• Experience designing admin or configuration interfaces for technical users, including connection setup, status and error states, and audit trails.
• Ability to write implementation-ready specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Data fluency and experience defining reliability and coverage metrics.
• Understanding of third-party data licensing, terms of service, GDPR, and provenance requirements.
• Ability to collaborate across engineering, partnerships, customer success, and data-consuming product teams.
• Eligible to work in Germany and willing to travel to Berlin and across DACH for workshops and customer visits.

Nice to have

• Experience building or managing a connector framework, integration marketplace, or iPaaS product.
• OSINT experience as a practitioner or product builder.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, on-premises, and air-gapped deployment constraints.
• Familiarity with entity resolution or link analysis.
• German language proficiency at B1+ level.
• Experience working directly with law enforcement or defense users in Germany or the DACH region.
