Network Support Analyst

What you will do

• Monitor server health, availability, performance, and resource usage.
• Apply operating system patches, security updates, and software upgrades.
• Implement and maintain backup and recovery procedures.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, access controls, and authentication.
• Investigate and resolve server-related issues while minimizing downtime.
• Maintain server configurations, documentation, and operational procedures.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in server administration.
• Strong knowledge of server hardware, operating systems, and server infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience managing Windows and/or Linux servers.
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Familiarity with DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, server patching, system monitoring, backup, and recovery processes.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions, including sedentary and repetitive computer-based work.

Nice to have

• Experience managing server environments across multiple platforms.
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure security and access management best practices.
• Experience supporting distributed or remote IT operations.
