What you will do

• Define standard work, checklists, and testing schedules for Filler equipment.
• Lead industrial automation projects covering Siemens or B&R PLC software, EPLAN electrical design, and Digital Twin integration.
• Shape engineering solutions that improve final-product quality, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.
• Analyze process data and variability using Lean Six Sigma, coordinate root-cause actions, and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop testing tools to reduce cycle time and strengthen quality assurance and manufacturing productivity.
• Collaborate with Innovation, Engineering, Customer Project Management, Production, Supply Chain, and external partners on digital transformation and World Class Manufacturing initiatives.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Engineering, preferably Automation or Electrical Engineering, or a similar discipline.
• Experience or knowledge in PLC programming, electrical design, and automation tools such as TIA Portal, B&R Automation Studio, and EPLAN P8.
• Programming knowledge in VB, Python, C++, Java, or SQLite.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.
• Fluent written and spoken Italian and English.
• Curious, analytical, and collaborative approach, with the ability to investigate root causes and turn insights into practical improvements.
• Willingness to work across teams and with external partners to deliver shared outcomes.

• Power BI knowledge.
