What you will do

• Lead and manage projects and activities throughout the product lifecycle after release for sales.
• Coordinate multi-location, cross-functional project teams and internal or external resources.
• Manage project costs, schedules, work packages, interdependencies, requirements, risks, and change requests.
• Manage product changes and customizations from request through release for sales using the hirify.global gate model.
• Work with agile teams, operations, sales, business units, and external resources to meet customer and business requirements for delivery time, quality, and product performance.
• Transfer new products from development to operations with drawings, bills of materials, work instructions, spare-parts lists, product manuals, and other documentation.

Requirements

• Master’s degree representing five years of study in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing technologies.
• Confident use of PLM systems such as Windchill, SAP, MS Office, and 2D/3D CAD tools.
• Excellent English and ability to communicate in both Italian and English.
• Strong interpersonal, multitasking, and clear professional communication skills.
