Communication & Social Media Specialist - VIE Contract (AI)

Location: Toronto, Canada. The VIE program is available to citizens of the European Economic Area aged 18–28, and candidates cannot apply for an assignment in their own country of citizenship.

What you will do

• Lead editorial and social media strategy across internal and external owned channels.
• Create engaging content in multiple formats for websites, internal TV screens, and social media, while managing daily publishing and community monitoring.
• Manage internal communication channels to support employee engagement across business units, Manufacturing & Supply, and corporate communications.
• Manage, evolve, and monitor hirify.global.ca and associated websites.
• Monitor and triage external public inquiries in compliance with pharmacovigilance regulations.
• Support internal events, media events, townhalls, and key communication projects.

Requirements

• Experience in communications, digital media, or social media management and content development.
• Strong social media strategy and content creation skills with practical knowledge of digital platforms.
• Ability to adapt tone and vocabulary for a French-Canadian audience.
• Basic graphic and visual design skills.
• Proactive ability to manage multiple priorities, with a collaborative, open-minded, and flexible approach.
• Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or Social Media.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of French.
