What you will do

• Use analytics tools and create or iterate dashboards for marketing KPI measurement.
• Conduct market, segment, and customer research and support business leaders with data-driven strategic insights.
• Improve customer database management by integrating and processing data across platforms.
• Implement digital technologies and tools to improve operational efficiency and agility.
• Explore AI applications in creative content creation, customer inquiries, smart coding, and other areas.
• Contribute to digital innovation experiments and initiatives that enhance customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical ability, including data collection, organization, and use of business analysis models.
• Ability to communicate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Skills in Excel, Power BI, basic SQL, and Python.
• Good English communication skills required.
• Self-motivated, open-minded, persistent, and committed.
