Head of Product (AI)

Location: In person in Central London, 4–5 days in office

hirify.global is an early-stage startup developing AI Agents for financial crime intelligence, AML reviews, and compliance operations.

What you will do

• Own the product vision, strategy, and end-to-end roadmap, balancing customer impact with long-term initiatives.
• Set product standards and make data-informed prioritisation, sequencing, and trade-off decisions.
• Coordinate delivery across engineering, research, AI, GTM, and leadership teams, including dependencies, milestones, and ownership.
• Develop a deep understanding of AML, compliance, and risk workflows through customer discovery, feedback, and real-world usage.
• Define success metrics covering adoption, customer impact, and operational efficiency, and hold the organisation accountable for outcomes.
• Support product positioning, launches, and customer-facing narratives with GTM teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management or product leadership, ideally in B2B SaaS or regulated industries.
• Proven experience owning a product roadmap and shipping complex products end to end.
• Strong judgment in prioritisation, sequencing, and trade-offs.
• Deep empathy for users and a track record of delivering measurable customer and business impact.
• Highly organised, with experience coordinating delivery across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Clear, concise communication skills for aligning engineers, executives, and commercial teams around a shared plan.
• Comfort taking full responsibility for outcomes, decisions, and results.
