Digital Asset Management (DAM) Operations Intern (Software)

Location: Remote within the United States; the conditions also list San Francisco, United States. The 12-week internship runs between May/June 2027 and August/September 2027.

Salary: Zone A $43–$51/hour; Zone B $39–$46/hour; Zone C $36–$43/hour.

What you will do

• Audit metadata across key digital assets, identify gaps and inconsistencies, and update tagging-agent documentation.
• Build a repeatable process for identifying, flagging, and managing duplicate assets in the DAM.
• Create reusable onboarding guides and Loom walkthroughs, including a DAM 101 introduction.
• Document how taxonomy works in the DAM and its downstream impact on marketing teams.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with structured data, tags, spreadsheets, and large file sets.
• Currently enrolled in a master's degree program in information or library science, data or analytics, marketing operations, communications, or a related field; must return to the program after the internship and graduate by June 2028.
• Curiosity and interest in making complex processes simple and self-serve.
• Available for a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.
• Entry-level candidates only, with less than one year of professional experience excluding internships and co-ops.
• Not eligible for F1 or J1 students and not available with work sponsorship.
