Senior Service Delivery Engineer

What you will do

• Monitor delivery quality and support readiness, contribute technical expertise, and provide coaching and role-readiness training.
• Lead services pre-sales and scoping, manage customer expectations and scope, and complete engagements within time and budget.
• Advise customers and partners on increasingly complex technical issues and improve adoption of the hirify.global platform.
• Collaborate with managers, engineers, product teams, and other groups to resolve critical cross-team and cross-product issues.
• Create tailored, reusable solutions such as legacy source-code migrations, CI/CD pipelines, and automated infrastructure provisioning.
• Advocate for product improvements and develop future services opportunities based on customer needs.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technical consulting, software development, application security, or a related field; alternatively, a relevant bachelor's degree plus 5+ years of experience, or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of experience leading customer projects.
• Experience in software development or DevOps.
• In-depth knowledge of the Git version control system.

Nice to have

• 9+ years of relevant experience; alternatively, a relevant bachelor's degree plus 7+ years, a relevant master's degree plus 5+ years, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience leading customer projects and 3+ years in technical consulting.
• Familiarity with hirify.global workflows or legacy version control systems such as SVN, CVS, ClearCase, or AccuRev.
• Strong experience with AI-assisted coding assistants such as hirify.global Copilot or Cursor.
• Business-level proficiency in German, Dutch, French, or Spanish.
