Logistics Analyst

Location: East Peoria, Illinois, United States; onsite role. Travel up to 5%. Relocation assistance is available. Visa sponsorship is not offered.

Salary: $81,370–$122,060 per year.

What you will do

• Support ILC replenishment activities across Buildings SS and LL.
• Establish common standards and strengthen process discipline across both buildings.
• Identify and implement logistics process improvements across the complete operation.
• Partner with relevant stakeholders to provide consistent logistics support across the combined scope.

Requirements

• Analyze data sets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights supporting business decisions and continuous improvement.
• Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail, including checking outputs and understanding the impact of errors or omissions.
• Apply analytical thinking, analytical tools, and techniques to identify root causes and support practical solutions.
• Use decision-making and critical-thinking skills to assess information and apply sound judgment.
• Communicate clearly through appropriate verbal and written communication.
• Plan tasks, resources, priorities, and process steps to keep work on track.

Nice to have

• Degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience developing reports and dashboards that translate data into clear, actionable insights.
